An Elbaf-derived combo attack like that, we know Rock pirates had ties to Elbaf. Chances are that Xebec the shockwave cannon pirate taught it to his strongest subordinates. I think we will see it used for the very first time in God Valley

Question is who will use it? I think its WB and BM as they have been grouped as the main Rocks pirates after Xebec. Their monster sizes are also compatible and they are relative in strength (BM wanted to settle things with WB)

Funny enough, these four are the only Rocks pirates who have shown to have individual shockwave techniques

No chance. BM suggested doing it and they got into stance. Hakai >>> Hakoku. That means its a combo move not single-user

Xebec will get his big feats in god valley tho. It might be a better version of Ikkoku

Actually I now think Xebec and WB have higher chance of doing it. WB has been shamed of his WSM so oda needs an undeniable feat that puts it back on the table. We also not seen these two do a combo atk so it would be fresh

Hakai on god valley should cause a major shift in tides of battle like destroying those two mountains and major weakening the opps

Hakai is one of the strongest attacks in the series. Competing with Blazing Bagua and Bajrang Gun-type attack.

This attack is only for Big Mom and Kaido, and it seems that people who have a deep relationship with each other can perform such attacks.
It seems unlikely that anyone will repeat this attack again
But Garp and Roger could be a more likely option than others

Roof top's Hakai were done by two blunt users, Big Mom is a non-slicing sword user, it's the same as Xebec, Whitebeard on the other hand has been shown cutting down Maffey and a patch of trees together. Kaido and Big Mom seems to have used this technique before roof top, so it Oda has to show it right?

It could be an Oden to his retainers sort of thing. Xebec taught his subordinates who have the raw physical strength to create shockwaves how to use it

Also HAKAI = 覇海 = Conquered/Conqueror's Sea and BM / Kaido are only rookies here. So at least one user should be a "king of the sea" aka probably Xebec

For GV, I would say, “no”. Kaido is too young. I don’t think WB is that invested in teaming up. Shiki is gonna be Shiki. Xebec has his own thing/singular purpose. A Garp/Roger combo would probably be a different named attack. I think a Rayleigh-Gaban combo would be a different named attack.

A Ray-Gaban combo atk is also what I'm partially expecting tbh. It was hinted that they usually team up to fight strong opponents to finish them quickly

Either a top Rocks pirate endures it and its major gas for that pirate. Or this is the move that puts Kaido to near death state and Hakai retaliation occurs

I think they'll do it too
But besides that I can see Big Mom feeding Kaido his fruit as he's on the verge of dying to an enemy/is getting overwhelmed and them coming together and wiping said enemy out or forcing them to retreat with a Hakai

BM WB and kaido are evidently getting major roles in god valley. Garling too, Gunko decent chance. We know it is gon be Rocks pirates vs Roger pirates Garp and HKs

HAKAI would clear a few Roger pirates and HKs for sure while causing heavy civilian dmg and makes Xebec look like an evil mf for garp the hero shit to be true. Resolves a lot of plot holes and speeds up action tbh

Wasn´t Hakai based on Dorry and Broggy´s move? I thought we could have seen Rocks pirates learning it from the giants and spending some more time on Elbaf. They also have other moves that are norse references iirc.

Unless you believe that 5 year old Linlin learned and memorized how to do Hakoku during her time in Elbaf, there’s no good reason for why Kaido and BM know the move
