Current Events Dragon Snuck onto Roger's Ship to put Shanks in the Chest: Baby Shanks fed Dragon his Fruit

Yeah because Garp not keeping tabs on where his son’s being stationed is totally something a good father would do
Garp is only a Vice Admiral, he does not have the ability to demand the location of other Marines.

An Admiral could, and obviously the Fleet Admiral, but Garp's status as Dragon's father gives him no right to call up Kong and demand Dragon's whereabouts.

Garp is some rando from Goa Kingdom, the Marine Brass has no reason to tell him the location of their Troops, especially when many Marine operations are clandestine.

What is Garp gonna do, hire Marines to spy on Dragon?

Garp believed in the Marines before God Valley, this is when Garp REALIZED how bad things were.

Even Newgate didn't believe the Human Hunt rumors, and he grew up on a non-WG-affiliated nation, Sphinx.

Also, if you were Dragon, would YOU want your Dad following your every step? Hell no.

Bruh, Garp was Hero of the Marines and offered the Admiral position multiple times. Of course Kong the clown is gonna tell Garp where his son’s being stationed if he asks. Why wouldn’t he?

:seriously:He was literally refusing orders to go help his son’s fleet until he heard Roger was going too
There's no information that Garp knows Dragon is there. So saying Garp refused orders to help his "son's" fleet is just not correct.

Also Garp doesn't have to keep tabs of Dragon's whereabouts all the time, that's just part of letting someone become independent in the world of One Piece. There's neither a panel showing Dragon personally asked Garp to come.

Garp was named the Hero of the Marines POST God Valley.

God Valley IS where Garp's reputation went from "Crazy Vice Admiral who hates the CDs and Roger" to, "Garp the Fist, Hero of the Marines."

Yes, Kong is as Admiral, and he shuts Garp down all the time, like when Garp wanted to recruit the Giants of Elbaph.

Garp DID NOT have political power before God Valley. He had NO ability to call someone up and demand Dragon's location.

Kong wouldn't tell Garp because his bosses are the Celestial Dragons and they DO NOT want Garp near them.

God Valley is where Garp got his reputation. Post God Valley Garp might be able to get away with demanding Marine locations, but, before this, he had absolutely no political power within the Marines/WG.

I mean, idk why you’re acting like Garp asking to be informed where his son is being stationed is some sort of ridiculous demand that Kong could never go along with, it’s not that big a deal

Garps Bad influence
It is? I don't know how Dragon was raised but we saw Garp always visting Luffy and Ace whenever they could.

Hell he even took his "worst enemy" son to take care of.

Dragon is a piece of shit compared to Garp. No wonder he dropped Marines. And same goes to Luffy. I doubt Garp would ever think it is ok for Usopp and Nami to take on Ulti and Page One.

@ZenZu Oda’s angels at it again :kobeha:

Garp went on a suicide mission to help Coby, but can’t be bothered to go save his son from being bulldozed by the Rocks Pirates? Either Garp doesn’t care about his son that much, or he’s enough of a retard to think his fodder 17 year old son and a fleet of Marine fodders can hold their own against the Rocks Pirates
Or maybe he changed over the past decades?
