When it comes to Big three It's always Doflamingo, Madara and Aizen. So i guess in terms of popularity Doflamingo is the best

Doffy and Kaido are basically more successful or stronger Crocodiles, but my man takes the cake for being the OG. Enel's defeat by Luffy makes him feel underwhelming, but Enel was great too.

Doffy has an aura and charisma that is his own. Kaido felt like just another OP brute. Doffy is the character with most swagg post-skip.

Kuma was indeed a « villain » and an antagonist before we knew he was good

and his presence and the impact he had on the crew was almost unparalleled given the short panel time he received

- The Thriller Bark arrival, him beating down the crew and the nothing happened moment
- The big crew separation in Sabaody and the end of the pre time skip for the SH

Kuma put Luffy into despair like no one before and no one after except maybe Akainu killing Ace
