All the databooks are. Blue Deep and Vivre Cards are complete garbage. Databook Green might be the only decent one since it has a sentence like "completely supervised by Oda"

The thing is, when we have a 1200+ chapter manga. We dont need to rely on databooks. Any important info from databooks (like Bumgoku's CoC) should be taken with a grain of salt especially when Oda doesnt write them.

You don't have to take them with certainty, but Oda usually doesn't like having a non COC user boss a COC user around, which is presumably why Sengoku has been listed with it, so Garp's boss could have it.
