That's not the point, Kaidou is a dumb ugly brute who turns into a monster. Kubo is never treating a character like this well. This has Yammy 2.0 written all over it at best.

If you want Kubo to treat Kaidou well, he would turn into a completely different character with a different design.

Even for FT, first half of Fairy Tail (i.e pre GMG) was genuinely good. People did take it seriously back in the days.
It was getting increasingly popular to the point people thought it would compete with the "big 3".

From GMG onwards, it was a free fall. Culminating in the atrocity known as Alverass arc.

As shit as Wano was, Kaido vs Luffy is far longer and more detailed than anything in Fairy Tail. And even as bad as Kaido was, he's a better villain than anything FT produced since Mard Geer. Mard Geer was the last main villain of the series that was worth a damn.

Zoro enjoys fighting lol, it’s why he trained to be a swordsman. You don’t do that if you don’t enjoy it

If the only thing Kaido and Kenny have in common is a love of violence than there’s about 50 Kaido’s in Bleach
