What do you think is the importance of BB in the final saga? I mean he is being portrayed as a rival of Imu in the same way that Luffy is. And people are now comparing teach and luffy as the sasuke/indra and naruto/ashura of OP.

Joyboy's will is not to topple the World Government, it's to change the world. Luffy doesn't need the ancient weapons to topple the world government, it's already on slow collapse. The ancient weapons' purpose wasn't mean for destruction, it's for something else, but the people who uses those them for bad intend.
It doesnt matter what Joyboy's will is. WE as readers know the Weapons and One Piece are needed to resolve the plot around the world government and their world state

This is certain for Pluton as the creator left the blueprint for the future to counter whoever misuses it. Luffy doesn't even want the ancient weapons when Robin asked him which I think they aren't mean to harming people.
