Loki and Haralds clash knock out shanks and Gaban!!!!they forget what happend in the castle and that’s why gaban doesn’t remember if Loki was telling the truth or not.
Loki tames Ragnir easily it’s revealed to be a hammer that ate a mythical zoan
He hesitates to eat the legendary df (it’s revealed to be modeled after the mythical elbaf serpent of flame,jormangundar)
Loki takes off his eyes and Harald Says YOU ARE THE ONE OF PROPHECY!!!
we cut to present day and Loki gets interrupted by Luffy when he talks about shank’s,cuts to another flashback and we see them facing off with immense aura!!

Spoilers for 1170 from Lew
Chapter 1170 - Elbaph needs a Villain
The chapter starts with Shanks and Gaban fighting with Harald. Shanks begs Harald too fight the control, but Harald laughs and says that he is now a villain. He tells Shanks that he was foolish to resist Imu and should have ascended to the rank of a Holy Knight. Harald takes a sword from the ground and sends a wave of conqueror's haki, which disorients Shanks. Whilst Shanks is stunned Harald attacks him with an overhead cleave, called "Elbaph's Subjugation" which is a conquerors haki infused attack. However, the attack is intercepted by Gaban, who blocks the attack with his axes (also infused with conqueror's haki). Gaban chastises Harald for bastardising his signature technique "Elbaph's Liberation". We get a flashback of Gaban drinking with Harald and Ripley. Harald is playing with Colon and tells Gaban, he'll always have a home in Elbaph. Harald and Gaban then exchange blows. Gaban uses a new attack called Gōun no Masakari (Battle Axe of Great Valor), where Gaban spins his axes coated in conqueror's haki whilst using something akin to Geppo (but instead of jumping in the air, it appears Gaban is flashing in and out of visibility) before delivering a double overhead swing. Harald and Gaban clash, sending out a wave of haki.
In the meantime, Loki manages to subdue the axe which, which is acting like a dog - Loki is patting it. Loki posits the hammer has eaten a Devil Fruit. Loki opens the chest, only to find its empty. The hammer then transforms to its full Zoan form. It is the Dog Dog Mythical Fruit; Fenrir. Loki realises the legendary fruit is in the hammer.
The scene cuts to Harald who is standing above Gaban with his sword aflame. Gaban's face is marred with a flame-shaped scar and one of his bangs are cut off. Harald face is cut in half and he tells Gaban that his attack is taking a long time to regenerate. Harald tells Gaban that he can die and, that he shouldn't worry as he'll console Ripley and make her his new Queen. Gaban angrily tells Harald that if he lays a finger on her he'll haunt him. Harald laughs and raises his sword to stab Gaban, but is intercepted by Shanks.
Shanks tells Gaban he's getting old. Gaban tells him to shut up and both start fighting with Harald. But Harald is too strong and begins overpowering both Gaban and Shanks. As Harald is winding up for an attack, Loki arrives using Ragnir to fly towards Harald. Harald angrily tells Loki, he'll pry Ragnir from his corpse. Shanks says that they need to pool all their strength together. Loki says he doesn't need the help of humans but nevertheless agrees.
Shanks, Gaban and Loki all prepare to attack as Harald shouts releasing a wave of conqueror's haki that splits the sky and skiing Elbaph. Harald then sets up a massive scale attack; sending a huge blast wave of Conqueror's haki.
Shanks, Gaban and Loki send their own attacks, each with conqueror's haki infused -
Shanks: Shin-i: Gurifon no Gekirin (Divine Majesty: Gryphon’s Imperial Wrath)
Gaban:- Yūsha no Dankai (The Brave Hero’s Decisive Cleave)
Loki:- Vanagandr: Denrai no Hōkō (Vanagandr: Howl of the Electric Thunder)
The attacks collide and overpower Haralds attack before striking him in the chest, where a massive hole forms. Harald collapses. Loki runs to his father as Gaban and Shanks collapse. Harald thanks Loki for putting him down, whilst Loki cries. Harald tells Loki to be the hero that Elbaph needs and asks him to free Elbaph truly. He says he wants Elbaph's children to play hand in hand with those of the other races. Harald then asks Loki to reveal what truly happened here and how he was a fool who destroyed Elbaph, he tells him to promise that the citizens will know what a villain he was and he asks Loki to reveal the truth of Imu and the WG's villainy. Loki cries and says he doesn't want him to die, as hes lost not only his mother, but now his father too. Harald reminds him that he is not alone as he has a brother. Harald says that he is proud of both his sons, and asks him to forgive him for having such a foolish father. Harald dies smiling. Gaban and Shanks ask Loki if he's alright. Loki tells them Harald is dead. Shanks asks Loki if he'll take the crown now and explain what went on. Gaban syas that Harald's actions will need to be explained.However, Loki silences them both and says that if Elbaph needs a Villain, then he'll be the one. Loki tells both Gaban and Shanks that for Elbaph's sake Harald's reputation needs to be in tact. He then tells Gaban and Shanks to tell Elbaph that he killed his father, saying he'll kill them both if they don't. Shanks is shocked and says that he'll be hunted, but Gaban smiles and tells Loki, he'll do as asked. Loki thanks him and then using Ragnir flies away from Elbaph. Flashback ends.
