What is the general consensus on someone like Magellan here? People rate him highly but how high? Not top tier but better than a high tier? He was a force of nature back then, and needed the BBP to jump him to take him out.

Sure there's more known high tiers but I would expect less top tiers in relation to the current number of high tiers.

“God Tier” means Loki is far stronger than any top tier and would require much more than simply one top tier to stop him (for example, a force like the RHP).

Kaido is stronger than Shanks by a few %. But God Tier Loki should defeat them like Rocks.

If God Tier meant “literally unstoppable” then we can end the manga right now because Imu has already won. All “God Tier” means is much stronger than the current top tier maximum. That’s all I ever meant about Loki’s power level, not that he could literally never lose a fight even if every top tier ganged up on him lmfao….

I mean how many characters can claim to have an apocalyptic devil fruit AND another mythical Zoan weapon AND Ancient Giant’s lineage? Loki is stacked as fuck, even fruitless there is an argument to be made that he is Harald level, before he gets all of these other absurd buffs.

It's a squirrel that runs up and down the world tree carrying insults between Nidhogg at the roots and the eagle at the top. It doesn't really have any specific powers in the myths besides talking and being able to climb quickly

Ryu Mythical (only Killingham so far)
Hebi Mythical (only Orochi so far iirc)

Tho I imagine he doesn't care too much about trivial matters like these
