I agree with your overall point, that said...

Scrub is a rather major exaggeration lol. Waka and Julius were top tiers in KAT, arguably KvP and even now I'd argue that Waka's showing against Omori indicates that he should be up there with the RCT four.

I'd also say that KAT handled it well. Kuroki had a lot of luck with his opponents, and Waka was stomping Ohma before getting Plotsbaned. Hell, I'd argue that liver kick should have won him the match.

I legit feel like Waka at least would have had some chance of beating Kuroki and Kanoh in KAT at least in theory, and Rolon did hype him and Julius to Kanoh's level in KvP.

But yes, in Omega Kuroki, Ohma, Shen etc really make even top superheavies seem like jobbers.....to say nothing of Gozo, Toa, Haruo etc who really aren't on that level.

Toa is I think a very good example of this. Busted skillset and physicals, gets bitched on in all his fights.

Another is Nitoku, body of Melos and he got...you know what, I don't want to talk about it.

Yeah generally speaking Waka and Julius obviously aren't scrubs. During KAT when we saw how much power Waka was packing on top of how banged up Ohma already was a lot of people were arguing the liver kick should've killed Ohma, forget winning the match lol

But in Omega idk it feels like a lot of the more technical fighters reign supreme. You know, "principles" and all that other bs

The other physical specimen get shit on. Nitoku was one of my favorites early on in Omega and he does nothing but take L's despite his physical advantages

I've accepted it at this point

I hope so but I wouldn't be surprised if the top haki fighters simply made all devil fruit abilities irrelevant (which would suck)

As for Shanks beating loki in clean 1 on 1 nothing is off the table .
Shanks is Oda golden boy he can beat him 1 on 1 while taking enough damage to make it look like a okay fight .

But if he really did lose fairly then it might be cooked lol

If loki lose in clean 1 on 1 and shanks take a good amount of damage that is fine.
We already know that Haki has so much BS that it will be a major part .
As stack as loki is if shanks can see 10 seconds into future that borderline broken in a fight and that only 1 aspect of haki BS lol .

I’m really curious as to how one can believe Kaido > Loki, and I’m not even hating on Kaido here.

-Loki has two mythical Zoan DF’s, Kaido has one. On top of that, Loki’s Zoan is said to be an apocalyptic Zoan if an Ancient Giant eats it.

-Kaido is an Oni, in his hybrid form he was clashing with the likes of base Luffy, needing alcohol to push Luffy into using his Gears. Loki is an ancient giant who, while fruitless, clashed with Harald who was equal to Rocks.

-Kaido’s Kanabo just seems to be inferior to Ragnir which is a national treasure of Elbaph and can seemingly destroy the Yggdrasil. Ragnir also has a Devil Fruit, lol

I really don’t think there is any argument for Kaido > Loki at the moment.
