The same old overreacting from people herePeople thought Garp & Roger were skyplitters 1v1 or yonko level at God Valley, then Oda says they peaked later on
People think Loki is above kaido and co yet we know this guy sailed for 8 years and still couldn't overtake Oldbeard & Kaido as the strongest guys on the seas

We already know that Shanks isn't above Kaido or WB.
The only thing this chapter proves is that HK harald is Yonko level max and DR Xebec is Pk level.
That the chicken wings are tiers below Great Pirates.
Since Oda said that Xebec, Garp & Roger were all youthful 44 years ago and the other 2 peaked years later after God Valley, we can say that Xebec died before peaking.
Loki is above HK Harald, Prime Gaban, Prime Ray but below or equal to Great Pirates
Definitely below Roger, WB and Kaido.

The gap between Great Pirates and Chicken wings is huge
The problem is that you derive all your conclusions from a false assumption, which you should DEMONSTRATE instead of assuming it to be true a priori.
There is absolutely nothing that obligates Kaido and Whitebeard to be stronger than Shanks/Mihawk, Loki, or any other character; it's a simple matter to resolve.
To coherently defend this premise, you would need to say that the two are MASSIVELY stronger than base Xebec, which is clearly insane and could be reduced to absurdity.
As the spoilers make clear, Loki is not only MUCH stronger than the aforementioned Xebec, but he is also more powerful than an enhanced version of Harald that far exceeds his version close to Rocks.
It's just a simple syllogism, but due to your fanaticism, you are inverting the causal chains and producing reckless opinions.
