General & Others Loki did what zoro did in wano

I can't see that shit, retard.

But I know you're coping given the fucking obvious

Loki and Sanji are the most obvious parallels.
  • 21 in human years
  • princes of warlike kingdoms
  • black sheep
  • imprisoned by family
  • loved by 1 parent (Sora/Harald)
  • hated by 1 parent (Judge/Estrid)
  • found family (Zeff/Ida)
  • betrothed to BM's daughter
  • fire & lightning
  • peculiar eye features
  • defined by love and lack of it

You can do this with a lot of characters. I never get these types of posts
It's like the Zoro and Whitebeard posts

First the Shanks parallels, and now this?

At this point, I don't even know if Oda is doing this intentionally anymore or his writing is just THAT repetitive and recycled...

Do it then.

Sanji has more shared traits with Whitebeard also.

They're all Shanks parallels, dude. Oda just uses Sanji as the mirror.
The parallels aren't forced, they're just there. I don't think they're really reflective of anything other than Oda really liking his character design for Shanks and featuring several characters in the story.

Oda likes this certain archetype and certain tropes that go with it.

Do you not find it odd how many prominent characters have hidden origins as nobles or sons of kings? How many have secret names? How many have blood relatives that reject them? How many have been imprisoned by their relatives as punishment?
Oda repeats a lot of his concept, including entire arcs.

Especially traits associated with Shanks - important fathers, hidden names, secret origins, found family, etc. You've seen it all throughout One Piece.

It's recycling
If he has the Fenrir fruit he would quite literally be a copy of Yamato to a degree
Both wield a blunt weapon
Both have a strained relationship with their parents
Both were locked up for years
Both deeply admire a pirate that came to their country once or twice and never again, longing to sail with them (Ace for Yamato, Xebec for Loki)
Child of a notorious top tier and ruler
Both fought their father
Both treated as if they're a monster for their lineage/traits (Kaido telling Yamato she's an oni and she could never be friends with humans, Loki being shamed for his demonic eyes and also being abnormally huge even compared to other giants)
And in the case Loki has the Fenrir fruit, they'd also both have mythical canine fruits
I may be stretching a bit here but my overall point remains. Oda uses a lot of the same plot lines and traits for a fair amount of characters, but this is only expected as it's one of the most formulaic mangas ever lol.
Almost every arc is about freeing a place from a tyrannical ruler and there's always certain archetypes of characters such as Kyros and Inuarashi

With differences that Loki was imprisoned by good guys and his father was rather nice

if u dont see them parallels oda is doing
ur low iq dumb unemployed clown
What parallels dog? Literally zero relevant parallels. If your monkey brained ass hasn’t caught onto Oda’s writing style yet (not surprised since you don’t read the manga) then you’d realise all of this is just useless repetition because Oda’s lost all his creativity rather than parallels. None of these parallels are leading to another plot point.

Loki neg diffs current Zoro. Cope
