I'm not against Sanji having CoC, and it's indeed a Scenario with High Possibility,
But it's not necessarily Confirmed, Sanji is different than Top Tiers,
If We take Luffy, He is a Fighter with Adv. CoC + Legendary DF,
While Zoro is a Fighter with Only Adv. CoC,
If We look at Adv. CoC Users Confirmed so far, you will Notice that there are either Luffy-Like Fighters or Zoro-Like Fighters,
We have those with Only Adv. CoC (Similar to Zoro)
And then We have those who Combine Adv. CoC with a Legendary DF (Similar to Luffy)
Sanji so far doesn't Fit in any of these Two Groups,
If He had a Legendary DF, then I will be First to say that Sanji is gonna be similar to Luffy,
And if He remained as Normal Human We knew before, then I would say that He is gonna be similar to Zoro, relying on Haki,
But the guy literally sets himself on Fire, and is revealed to be Scientifically Modified/Enhanced,
If Sanji gets CoC, then He will belong in a Separate Category where it's Only him there, cuz all others are either Zoro with different Fighting Styles or Luffy with different Fruit, that's all,
Sanji instead is comparable to Races with Special Powers such as Fishmen or Lunarians or Minks, He is also comparable to Scientific Creations such as Cyborgs or Seraphim or Germa, I would even compare his Leg to Ragnir (If it's a Scientific Creation),
I'm not saying Sanji won't get CoC, but I'm also considering possibility that Sanji have a different Skill Tree,
I prefer Oda using Sanji to prove that Science can Rival Haoshoku Haki, making him Strongest Scientifically Enhanced Fighter Ever,
If He gives him CoC, then He loses that Achievement,

if you need ACoC to beat an immortal, and there are 13 of them….
Not only is Sanji guaranteed to get ACoC, mid and weak hats are going to get it too. Usopp and Nami already have gag scenes hinting at this.
ACoC isn’t special in the final saga. Every other bozo has it. Almost all the Gorosei showed it and Shamrock probably has it too. That’s like 6 of Imu’s 13 being CoC users.
