Oda had Wuzan join the BBP's as a justification for them to beat the RHP's. I think Wuzan will prove to be a problem right at the beginning, then God King sends him flying across the planet and at the end he wakes up and helps achieve the w with Awakening.

Now that Wuzan isn't a latrine anymore, Oda can start hyping him.

Can we all agree that this was the most wasted character in Naruto?

Idk why Kishimoto made this guy a heavy hitter in the Chunin Exams and give him such a cool personality and moveset, just to do jack shit with him after his one fight with Kankuro (another wasted character). I feel like Shino got shafted for 2 reasons:

1. His ability was too busted by Part 1 and Early Shippuden standards. Many of the Sound 4 fights would be trivialized by Shino
2. Kishimoto loved Shikamaru too much, and Shino had too much overlap with Shikamaru. Both were portrayed as being high IQ and level-headed fighters in the Chunin Exams.

Shino was cold, but similar statement could be made for like 95% of the Konoha 11. Once Kishi was done playing kid games, he left the kids behind. Part 1 the focus was on the kids so their threat lvl was inflated, Asuma would low diff the entire preskip K11 put together in reality but we were never shown this, only some hints.

I think that Kishimoto’s intention was to give each of the other 3 teams their own arc to shine (Team Gai would shine in the Kazekage Rescue arc, Team Asuma in the Akatsuki Suppression arc, and Team Kurenai in the Itachi Retrieval arc), but it didn’t really pan out for some reason. I think that the creator’s pets (Gai, Shikamaru, and Sasuke) just stole all of Kishi’s attention, and he didn’t have enough time to give the others something meaningful to do

Shino easily could’ve reached low Kage level with his clan’s ability. Just keep on giving him more and more potent bugs to work with, like Lord Worune’s bugs

It's objectively Neji tbh. Yeah, Shino was cool, but in the Chunin exams he was just kind of part of the side show. Neji was the prodigy of his clan who impressed even the head of his clan(which was supposed to important, circa part 1)and even went on to become a Jonin,only to die a pretty shitty death that no one really talks about, and be as relevant as the rest of the k11

Never forget that Lord Shino had Neji twerking. Neji legit would’ve lost to Shino in the preliminaries because he didn’t have Rotation yet.

Shino was so goated tbh. He was the only dude to figure out about the Sand’s plan to attack the Leaf before it happened and casually countered Kabuto’s genjutsu. Only reason he tied with Kankuro was because Kankuro had a terrain advantage. If they fought in the Chunin Exams, where Kankuro had nowhere to hide, Shino would put BTA and get promoted to Chunin alongside Shikamaru

This is just too far. The only commanders admiral fans can wank are the ones who fought for multiple hours/days like King Kuri, and that's pretty much it, but you can maybe wank Cracker and Zou Jack because they also fought for long hours. Wanking Beckman in any unironic situation is a sin though

Either Shanks beats Loki fair and square 1v1 and Beckman scales to Yonko level by default by virtue of being Shanks’s Rayleigh, or Beckman tag teams Loki with Shanks and scales to Yonko level by default
