Its sounds crazy but thanks to Oda terrible inconsistency we can easily conclude that Road castle is in fact bigger than Onigashima.

First lets see how big Onigashima is meant to be within one piece universe and how someone scaled it based on Sunny height
Onigashima is meant to fit inside town of normal people. We can take this as legit because Kaido himself wanted to put Onigashima inside capital
Also we have plenty of scans where we see how Onigashima compares to length of a dragon ( Kaido and Momo )
There are many more scans where Oda is somewhat consistent that full length of Dragon Kaido is somewhat comparable to Onigashima
Now there is this scan where Onigashima is scaled based on Sunny
2. Road castle size
- How big castle is meant to be regardless of panel scaling
As we know castle itself is meant to easily contain within himself land of the gods which is lego like version or Elbaf , an entire world made by Road where he traps humans.
Now lets look at some scans of those world
We can see how high above ground Nami and Usopp are in that scan
Now look how small that castle in compared to tree replica
Keep in mind this whole world is just cage within Road castle .
You are not convinced still ???
No problem here is another fact :
Muginn a raven is big enough to carry Sunny
The same raven that can fly free inside Road castle
We have 2 scaling examples that would easily lead to logical conslusion that Road castle is bigger than Onigashima ; all thanks to Oda drawing.
