We don’t yet live in a reality in which One Piece is a finished work passed down from one generation to the next.

One Piece is a uniquely resonant, 1 of 1 story that will be immortalised through the sincere love and appreciation of its readers.

Oda’s name will be up there with the most prolific writers and artists in human history.

In terms of other anime, it’s at least above average. In terms of shounen, it should be up there. I’d probably give it like a 7 or 8 overall.

Pre-TS and post-TS Oda are two different people. I'm convinced he was cloned in that ~4 week break he took between the timeskips.

Pre-TS, I'd give a 7. Post-TS, a 4. Except Kuma, his character arc on Egghead was dope.

I'm talking specifically about the writing, like the context of OP post. From what I know, no other animanga characters got a lot of details like Oda did for Sanji. For example, a backstory, myth, and a comic strip just for a mere Sanji's lighter. I also don't see someone's attack names & techniques related to his job, name, dreams, history, etc.

They could. Oda being 10/10 compared to other mangaka doesn't make him #1, nor other mangaka aren't allowed to be 10/10 too. For me personally, Adachi is also a 10/10.
