dude no way you’re this dense @sanjikun the wg wasn’t even aware loki was the one who killed Harald whatever his bounty is right now is because of a unrelated incident it’s kinda crazy to think what it might’ve been had they found out he was the person who did it

People really lost the plot with bounty scaling because of Kidd and Law unfortunately. Lokis bounty is around top 10 bounties of all time, and you have Sanjikun saying it´s dogshit, lol. And as it turns out, the marines are probably not factoring killing Harald in that, since it isn´t really a crime at sea, and they probably didn´t know anyway.

I feel confident that we pretty much know all the main top tiers in the manga at this point. Elbaf seems like the last major country the SHP will travel to, and we´re pretty regularly seeing the top level of the government now. We see Imu a lot these days, we know about the 5 Gorosei, some Gorosei levelish members of the Gods Knights(Shamrock and Garling.... Maybe Gunko but probably a bit below). We´ve known about the top pirates and marines for awhile now, so all that really leaves is the man marked by flames.
(and Loki can always get stronger as time passes)

Shanks > Loki wasn't set in anything. Not only wasn't sad, but we didn't see it and all that was said about Loki (and by Gaban too) was false or a misinterpretation.

We were instead straight up told that Harald wasn't sure to pass Ragnir's test by Harald himself. However, fruitless Loki did.

People like BM or pre Nika Luffy are legit Ragnir's victims. And I am generous since if I was strict about what Harald said, all of them would have been.
