I mean, yeah.
Like, in one of the first Draugr panels it looks like it can maybe swallow Loki whole despite it being waaay back in the background.
Whereas in the panel with Loki's frost attack the Draugr if anything looks slightly smaller than he did in the aforementioned panel despite being right next to Loki.
The trope of making comparatively smaller characters look larger next to colossal ones for the sake of making the former look properly visible and discernible to the reader (the panel would look bad and weird if Loki was mostly a dot or at least a hard-to-decipher shape) is quite common, and imo if there are enough convincing and purposeful instances of the colossal being in question being shown as actually colossal, then this whole scale inconsistency can be overlooked.
