Character Discussion Sanji and Shanks are parallels ?

I mean people here discuss bandage scaling i assumed they would use their time for better things than for deep lore

Also I don't really like Oda as a person (even though I do love OP), so I wouldn't research what jobs he did before making OP
And there's also more to self inserting than just him gooning to women, I didn't know if Sanji was a self insert of him since Sanji has multiple other things to his character like his hatred for his blood family and friendly rivalry with Zoro

No, Oda is just reusing plotlines. But Garling wasn´t abusive like judge towards Shanks, which was actually emphasized last chapter.

It's a failure on Oda's writing to have Robin say that Sanji is one of Luffy's wings in Wano (who knows fuck all about power scaling), to then have Loda not commit and follow up on that promise in regards to Sanji's fighting performance in Wano visa v Zoro.
That caused Sanji fanboys to look for parallels wherever they could in any chapter, to the point it's almost become an addiction.
Then there is Loda's lack of commitment issue.
Until Egghead, Sanji was not allowed to fight anyone YC1 or stronger.
Punk Hazard - Zoro cuts logia Monet without Haki, Sanji gets his shin cracked against Vergo.
Dressrosa - While Zoro was allowed to tussle with an admiral as early as Dressrosa and sliced up Pica, Sanji almost died to Doffy and had to be saved by Law.
WCI- The first arc Sanji is allowed to shine in the post time skip Oda teases Sanji vs Katakuri in WCI, but only allowed to have Sanji dodge a jellybean, and then proceed to give the fight to Luffy instead. Future Sight went to Luffy too.
Wano - Zoro defeats fellow supernovas Killer and Apoo, tanked a two yonko's combined attack, then proceed to permanently scar Kaido with broken bones. Then proceeds to defeat lunarian King, whose true durability was revealed later in the Egghead arc. Toei of course also gassed up Zoro even more in the anime, making Zoro slice up island level lava dragons as if he was fighting Akainu the fleet admiral. Queen meanwhile, was still conscious in the anime when Sanji kicked him off Onigashima, it's even worse compared to the manga.
Egghead - Egghead is arguably the first time Oda and Toei gave Sanji some love by having Sanji deal with admiral Kizaru, when Zoro was the one getting seconds with Lucci after he already took the L to Luffy. Yet even here, Oda immediately punish Sanji's only W of blocking a laser beam from Kizaru by successfully killing Vegapunk while he was under Sanji's direct protection (some Sanji fanboys can disagree, but Luffy was sad of Vegapunk's death until Lilith told him it wasn't true). And don't you guys come and blame this on Goofy either. Luffy was holding down both Kizaru and Saturn at the same time, he only relaxed a little because he trusted Sanji to protect Vegapunk, but Sanji couldn't protect Vegapunk from Kizaru killing him with the light sword and then also making Sanji drop him later anyway. Vegapunk's fate was sealed at that point. Yet Loda still had the gall to have Sanji say to Kizaru that they should prepare their apology letters lmfao.
Elbaph - Probably one of the most disrespectful Sanji parrelels to date, have Sanji's own Roger Pirates parrallel acknowledging Zoro having CoC, while ignoring Sanji's request as to whether he has it too. Sanji fanboys like to dunk on Zoro for being stupid to not even know he had CoC, despite Toei retconning it in the anime in the Wano arc, while Oda also hinting it for Zoro as far back as Zoro's fight against Daz bones in Alabasta, against Monet in PH. Toei did retcon Zoro knowing how to use CoC in Onigashima when he knocked out the beast pirates before his fight against King, only for Oda to change it in Elbaph just for more Zoro glazing.
Oda's golden boy and child of destiny Shanks is one of the few characters that can match the Zoro glazing, so the Sanji fanboys are now associating Shanks to Sanji instead, when he was always Luffy's idol to surpass anyway. His fanboys dropped Gaban faster than Sanji drop his island specific girls.
As a Shanks and Luffy fan and a third party to the Zoro vs Sanji debate I find this hilarious.

I'm just telling it the way Oda portrays it in the manga, if you have issues with it consult Oda not me, since I ain't the author.
You comming in thread by @centurion of all people claiming he is a sanji fan because he posted what alot of people in the fandom noticed going on a insane rant about damaji i would say is atleast 0.6 on the schizo kaido rant scale
People of course are allowed to speak their minds on a thread if the author proceeds with an open ended question.
But is not one of the chief purposes of this thread being made is to create and draw Sanji and the Shanks parrallels, to which one's feats and portrayal are far better than the other, which obviously helps the one with lesser feats and portrayal?
What is the purpose of that then?
Whether @centurion is a Sanji fanboy or not is none of my business, it also doesn't matter if he is, it's not his fault. all I'm saying is it's Oda's fault for leaving Sanji with the scraps in terms of feats compared to Zoro, so people have to use other characters instead, Sanji fans or otherwise.
