It’s not impressive nor a big deal, military experts for years have claimed that Russia is a paper tiger and Ukraine was the biggest exposure of that. Mind you, Russia is fighting vs 90s military tech as well.

Nobody but the biggest Russia shills thinks Russia is an actual
Military power. It’s ridiculous to even think so at this point. They haven’t fully mobilized because that would open themselves up for more separatist movements. Most countries don’t fully mobilize unless invaded nowadays. It’s a moot point.

and yeah I agree Chinas soft power is an actual threat to U.S. hegemony, but guess what Trump and his retarded followers want the us to do? Give up all soft power.

No unbiased military expert has said Russia is paper tiger. Its oversimplification beyond stupidity.

They haven't fully mobilized because of sanctions and internal fractions within the society.

And, saying Ukraine has 90s tech is beyond reality. Ukraine is fighting with weapons and advance tech + support supplied by NATO

What happened is Russia under performed.

And it's not because of lack of military strength but poor planning in the beginning which didn't factor in geography and capacity of Ukraine backed by Nato to sustain the war.

I mean USA under performed in Afghanistan and Vietnam as well so simplifying a war to "oh they don't have military strength" is argument in bad faith as war outcome is shaped by numerous other factors.


A simple research on Russia's military and mobilisation capacities can tell you what they are actually capable of.


China's soft power is unmatched and USA can't do anything anymore against it. China's rise to the top is inevitable now.

I don't think it's either of the case here.


Escape is not the solution. Country where they are born, grew up, lived entire life belongs to them. It's home. It's also not financially viable nor desirable.

Bend their knees or cope - I don't think they are doing even this. They are tolerating it while expressing their discontent for the government actions. Such tolerance generally lasts until a massive trigger happens which results in an outburst of majority or government runs it's course and they let it out through vote.

Call for action - this seems good theoretically but practically it will lead to civil war, and not necessarily a war against the government.

Reason I am saying this is because call for action works when there is unity within the society against a cause (in this case against the government), however in USA situation is division of the society - two opposite poles (in favor and against the Trump) co-existing and having acute dislike for each other. A call for action in such scenarios often leads to civil war between the two poles and doesn't guarantee overthrow of the government like in case of Nepal
