General & Others Unpopular Opinion: Robin's demon transformation is worst than gear 5

#1
Gear 5 was controversial with a lot of readers mainly because of the fact that it made the main charachters special which is an overused trope in anime and media in general

A common point of criticism is how the about it that it drastically reduced the competency of the WG by having them know about the existence of such a fruit and not doing anything about it when they could have easily just send an admiral to kill the straw hats before Luffy could become a threat to them

All of these point are valid criticism and the point of my post is not to invalidate these criticism the point of is the fact that Robins transformation might even be worst which is overlooked because it only showed up in 2 chapters and then never again so many people have probably forgotten about it

At least Luffy's transformation makes some sense Robins however is nonsensical her devil fruit has the power to create artificial limbs yet somehow she can turn into a demon using that fruit how in the world does creating limbs out of nowhere give you a demon transformation?

Oda does this all the time. He hands out abilities, but gives no explanation
How can Zoro do Ashura?
How can Luffy set his hand on fire (at least not in Gear 5 form)
How can Katakuri do fire attacks?

There are many abilities in One Piece that are not explained, and Oda clearly doesn't care that much about this stuff.
He will give abilities like that randomly.

Robin has mastered her Devil Fruit to the extent of creating clones of herself, so altering her appearance to resemble a Demon should not be difficult.

However It would have been better if Oda had Robin unlocked Armament Haki in conjunction with the demon form.

It can literally be CoA and she just doesn’t know yet like Zoro was unaware he was using CoC, just like Luffy pre ts. I always assumed Demonio Fleur was just her subconsciously applying Haki on her DF powers.

That will be cool and oda needs to focus on the other strawhats, not just L/Z/S and new ally.

It's absurd that Robin, nor any of the Middle and Weak Trios (aside from Usopp's Coo) have unlocked their Haki. Which is also one of the reasons why I hated Onigashima raid, this fight included, so much.

Though I was rather fine with Robin's demon technique, the two Power Ups I really hated were Nika and Sanji's Germa genes.
