Future Events Yamato won't join the crew

She'll likely join in the final sail for op to mirror oden. She didn't join in wano for 3 reasons.
1. She had a reason to stay seeing a admiral level character could take over the country without her there. Wano isn't strong enough to defend itself yet. Once momo gets strong enough to defend wano she'll be able to trust wano to him while she's gone to join the sh's.
2. The sh's would have been by and large the strongest crew on the seas currently. Oda loves telling the story as the sh's being under dogs. With Yamato on the crew it's hard to make the clearly strongest crew on the sea look like under dogs.
3. It would have messed up the m3 and the sh's crew structure. It's the same reason jinbe didn't join in fmi. Love it or hate it the top 3 sh's will always be luffy zoro and sanji. Until sanji gets stronger Yamato can't join as she's clearly above him. Yamato could add to the m3 and be a m4 with her being the weakest but she can't break the m3 the core of the sh's leadership in battles.
