Yeah I think Loki and Luffy will be decisively above him but will have to sort of hold back due to Brook wanting to save Gunko from Imu's control (Loki being able to straight up destroy a HK's body means he's definitely going to have to stop himself from destroying the vessel and thus nerf himself on top of the nerf he already has).
