They seem to have a slow regen as well as being able to still control and move severed body parts perfectly fine.

Meaning we're about to see Dorry and Broggy with their bodies cut in half, but still working fine lol. Like Buggy's powers.

I don´t think you understood my point? The Holy Knights, with the exceptions of the characters who are presented as explicit top tiers are not going to have COC, because they are mere subordinates, they follow orders, they aren´t going to fight the MC. That doesn´t speak to them being weak among the high tiers, since most of them are in the same boat.
