What feats loki has ?
Killing someone that let him kill him .
If shanks was mind control and luffy give him enough hits to wake him up and allow him to get kill by luffy .
I not hyping up that feat for luffy in fact i not doing that for any character.
He not even catch him up off guard harlad just allow him self to get kill while say i love you .

Let's put it that way: before we believed that every character who could skysplit would have been showed doing so.
Now we have super monsters well above the normal skysplit dude, like Harald, Xebec and Garp, who never have and never will. And some other cases like Oden and Roger/WB of the FB.
Xebec even solo skysplit, but never skysplit "classically".
Now what we can say Is that if Oda shows It, then we know the character can do It (obviously). However, Oda can just as likely don't draw the character doing It, but said character could still be absolutely able to and even well beyond the level of a normal skyplitter.

Yea ngl I’ve had enough of these damn dragons abilities……… Plus has Oda not maxed out on what he can do with Dragon Abilities? What exactly is Loki going to do in Dragon Form that isn’t just a stronger version of Kaidos Abiltiies in Wano?
I never believe that in fact i though we never see garp get a proper fight .( he get pieces which better than nothing )
So he get more than i though he would even without sky split .
You though we see sengoku get sky split or Mihawk get one before zoro fight .
You though we see ray or gaban split the sky or the elders ?

Like DR rocks doing it solo showing how much insane haki he was using since whole fight was base around all 3 of them using insane haki.

While I can't wait to see the pictures of Loki in Dragon form my personal opinion is that in many mangas - and especially in One Piece - bigger means bigger target. The AP and AoE is super useful for cleaning fodder but in 1 vs 1 the hybrid form is what will tell us how strong he is.
Case in point to bigger not necessarily better: Dorry & Brogy in Little Garden, Asgaard Moriah, Oars Jr, Pica and even dragon Kaido.
