Kaido was thug of kingdom who waged war and Kaido was the strongest soldier and got betrayed by his king which probably lead to his trauma and saying what he said to Yamato. Loki could not integrate with children of his age. WTF is this comparison.

Imagine if looking bigger is the best comparison you can bring when in OP sizes differ per the authors wishes like we did not see Shodai change in size just last arc, so Shodai used by Nasujuro in hybrid is better than Shodai used by Nasujuro in human form. One is eastern dragon the other is western dragon. On what basis does Loki have better elemental powers shown so far? Snow and lightning compared to fire and wind?

No I understood your point. My point is simply it is clownish for Loki fans to use that chapter title for Loki while ignoring Kaido's (as many Loki-supporters already did before), and it would be clownish for Kaido fans to ignore that title that they used to hype up Kaido, by ignoring this chapter title if it's for Loki himself.
Either way using the chapter title at all is clown behavior on both sides. As for what you think Oda cares about or doesn't care about, i'll leave that to you and Oda.

Most Loki wankers are just fans of other characters in disguise because now they have a new character who has a chance of usurping Kaido. Oden gave PTSD to Kaido but Kaido is giving PTSD to his haters, specially the side quest mid diff fans.

Stopping Harald(one of the strongest of the old gen before getting deep seals) was such a big accomplishment that Gaban with help was not only unable to do it, but also amazed that Loki could somehow pull off, with him not being sure how the world can even deal with Harald if he got loose.
Taming Ragnir, which Harald implied that he couldn´t do previously(maybe dubious) but other Giant kings objectively could not do
