Yes Kaido used Haki , his body being covered in flames was for defensive purpose to melt Luffy fist , flames did not produce any raw power .

Imu buffed Harald Haki > Kaido haki .

And Loki can match that Harald in haki even before fruit buff.

lokis devil fruit form looked weird to me it didn’t look like a full dragon imo looked like a wolf and dragon hybrid

I think Loki is both fenrir and the dragon which is why his fruit wasnt named yet

We also know the story of Ryuma pretty much? It´s based on a past manga Oda made, where he clearly killed an actual Dragon? Unless you can somehow explain that despite giants living past a century, with *generations* of giants not having been able to get the fruit and beat Ragnir, why some random Giant, within the last 800 years would have eaten the fruit, gone to Wano(?) and no future giants would care, lol?

It's all about perspective mate. You have to be zoomed out to get a better perspective.

I mean, yeah? That doesn´t change canon though? Those guys went all out after or during Wano, while Doffy went all out before Wano, before ACOC was a thing, so Doffy doesn´t have it. You can´t use it to meaningfully scale Doffy above any of the GK, beyond saying Doffy is a bigger personality/has more potential. In a direct 1v1 fight though, nothing says he would win.
