This has to be one of the worst drawn pages in shonen history
Loki looks like a cow and generic fodder dragon. No actual detail in the design itself, just black outline, hell even punk hazard dragon had more detail in his design.
And then of course we've got the biggest issue, Oda's talentless hack ass reusing same forced gear 5 pose, he's trying his hardest to make it a thing to the point it's sad. Gear 5 already has the worst design in any manga/anime medium but this particular drawing looks like oda did not give 2 shits and just inserted png on top.
And of course as everyone pointed out, oda's lazy ass forgetting goofy's outfit because the hacks can't remember simplest things, he just goes back to 1044 to redraw same fucking pose every time like a fuckass author he is.

For real no one called Loki like that, actually not a single leaker said Loki was called the WS. Shanks defeated the dude, you have Imu, Nikka, but hey the world strongest is Loki 
Most of the chapter was focused about the parents trying to save their childrens and ready to die but hey somehow it's not about them.
We can also say that it was Nikka who was called the strongest being, right ?!!
Godtiers fans call others Low IQ, but it seems their IQ isn't high too... It's their first L it's ok, acceptance phase will come.

Unfortunately, I think Oda has finished the really good ideas and so it's way easier to come up with new powers using the ton of possible mythical creatures.

By this logic (quoting a joke SBS from 30 volumes ago), I can say it's a reference to the supreme power of Ener (lighting), which was said to be invincible --> strongest; or I can say it's a reference to the dragon, the strongest creature. Etc.
If in this chapter a dialogue doesn't say or imply anything, it is dubious.
Unfortunately, I think Oda has finished the really good ideas and so it's way easier to come up with new powers using the ton of possible mythical creatures.

Dragons are the strongest creatures ---> etc.
If in this chapter there isn't an actual reference to the mothers, this mother talk loses the little sense it had.
