I don't think it is "love" per se.
This chapter is more religious in that sense. It is more about "belief" and "holy spirit" stuff. People just don't understand how religious One Piece is.
Kuma = silent, robot, can't speak -> conscious, is praying
Nika Bonney = believed in Nika, found the holy spirit within herself
Holy Spirit in christianity = the god we find within outselves
praying = conversing with one's inner spirit
the purpose of religion is to grow a species/mankind/nation and create something lasting, like a cycle or evolution
Giants = their future is endangered, they need the belief
kids = the future of a nation/species
thats why Jarul brings up this prophecy by the end of the chapter, deep in the giants subconsciousness they have always believed in Nika to liberate Elbaf, and now it is happening.
