No. Post time skip flashbacks tend to be dragged out. Even the ones that typically get praised like the Kuma one has all the Bekori nonsense.
Besides that, they tend to be inconsistent and negatively impact the characterization of characters like Whitebeard. There’s repetitive elements as well, and timeline issues too where Oda has to improvise on the fly to reconcile events (like having Oden dance for 5 years to make up for the gap from Roger’s activities to the return to Wano.)
On average no. G4 Snakeman vs Katakuri , Pre G5 luffy vs Drunken mode Kaido , Zoro vs king , G4 luffy vs Doffy are some of the good fights in post skip.

For me they're comparable quality, it's just that previously we mostly had SHP flashbacks, and now we get more people in the mix....which sometimes feels kinda like filler to me.
No, postskip flashbacks are mostly filler.
Like did we need to spend 3 chapters on Ginny? We spent much less on most strawhats moms combined.
And like 8 chapters for the whole Kuma/Bonney flashback? Now look at how irrelevant Bonney is this arc. She has like 5 panels and has done less than most extras.
Why spend so much time on side characters who will just get sidelined?
