Theory If Loki is the God of Destruction, Imu is the God of Preservation

#1

In the most recent chapter, Loki identifies himself as “The Great Destroyer”. If he is some sort of God of Destruction, what are the implications of this in the One Piece Pantheon?

imo if Loki is destruction, then Imu would undeniably be the God of Preservation. Why?

Imu is an immortal deity that has been alive for 1000 years or more. Not only is Imu himself immortal, he has the ability to grant immortality to his followers. That is basically the power of preservation, allowing Imu to preserve anything or anyone he desires. He actively limits the progress of mankind by creating the void century and banning any research into the void century. We see this first hand with them trying to kill Vegapunk.

Imu’s ideal world is probably one where nothing changes. It’s a world where everything is perfectly in balance under his rule. This is why he hates Nika, because Nika is an agent of change and chaos.

If Loki is God of Destruction and Imu is God of Preservation, there will also probably be a God of Creation. But idk what that would be. Perhaps it is the hellfire serpent or something that ties into the origin of devil fruits.
