And she also made chopper's character better, with their little sis big bro relation that made chopper grow more confident

Carrot was solid, had unique abilities , had a unique gag well I guess it was a mink thing but yea she also did improve choppers character as well. Competent but not Monster Trio powerful.
Only thing in question was maybe her dream and motivations?

I think she vibes with the crew more than others. Idk i never liked Carrot, on top of that the whole Carrot thing was pushed by Oda's editor which is not good.

Maybe Momo or Bonney, the latter could be an apprentice of Nika. She also acts like her real age now especially around Kuma, but she’s competent if the situation arises. But I don’t know how she fits in the crew dynamics aside from being Nika’s protege. In that aspect, Yamato and Momo fits right in, they’re personalities blend well with the SHs. Carrot too but she lacks real character progression like Momo or Bonney.

Pedro never made sense as a crew member.

Carrot made all the sense in the world.

Yamato also makes a ton of sense, but ONLY if they return as their own person. It never made sense to me for Luffy to want someone that didn’t want to be themselves.

Carrot had her dream, interactions with the crew, was a good fighter, and could have been developed. She's the one who fit the crew the best.

Tama and Momo, no, due to them being kids and not having a dream to justify sailing.

Bonney no, she's a captain and works better as an ally.

The insane Oden groupie? Hell no!!! From her design being a reuse of Nami's model, and her cringeworthy and crazed gimmick, and not having interactions outside of Luffy, and her dream not even being her own, just no.

Both would add to crew strength. SHs are a yonko crew now. Carrot will be shifted to background if she joins. Yamato with Zoro and sanji can form new monster trio.
