Yes, he will become another Franky IF he joins the crew, dumbass.
Franky was matching Luffy evenly in W7, look where he belongs to now.
Robin got higher bounty than Zoro and low diffing Tashigi in Alabasta, look where she belongs to now.
Jinbe was carrying Luffy in ID and Marineford, look where he belongs to now.

If Loki joins the crew, his future is sealed, he will get grouped along with Franky / Jinbe / Robin.
Luffy will fight Blackbeard, the son of Loki's idol, the monster with overpowered DFs, the guy who will powercreep not only Kaido but also Loki too.
Zoro will fight Shiryu, the monster that retired legendary Navy Garp. Another guy who will powercreep Kaido and Loki.
Hell even Sanji probably will fight Aokiji, Black Leg vs Broken Leg, fire vs ice.
But too bad Loki will be reduced to fighting fellow oversized giant San Juan Wolf.

GTFO Sanji was not coming close to Jimbei until he got his raid suit and even then he still needed multiple buffs pre Wano Sanji was Vet tier Vergo=< at best. Jimbei is/was WsW< who scales to the same tier as a YC4 maybe even 3 depending on match up and Jimbei outclassed him with relative ease....
