Out of all of these options only Yamato joining makes sense and could be useful to the story.

And that's only because of her strength.

I don't see the point of the others returning.

As for Usopp, what good is a brave moment if he's gonna act like a coward again next arc for the 1000th times because gags matter more than characters growth?

Nah Doffy returning is more likely. For starters, he’s actually confirmed alive, but he’s also a fan favorite character unlike Kidd. Oda just wants to scrub his hands clean of Kidd atp

2. Doflamingo breaking out of prison
3. Usopp getting a satisfactory Elbaf character arc
4. Yamato joining the SHs
5. Urouge actually getting a relevant role in the story/BM returning

Kid returning is the most likely by such a wide margin that I'd say it's straight up just a guarantee

Doflamingo breaking out of prison is second since it's also highly likely

Past those two I wouldn't say there are any "guarantees" left on the list

I'd go with Usopp for the third spot

Urouge fifth

And Big Mom's is the least likely

Now sure Oda can make him come back as a Luffy cheerleader but nobody wants to see that.

These two are almost guarantees. Especially Kid's comeback.

I'd also add Urogue doing something of note in the highly likely category. He's the supernova saved for the last, it's obvious that it will amount to something significant

By OP standards, this isn´t even that bad. In theory Luffy wants to do similar stuff to all the Yonkos, including Shanks(and before he knew Kaido was really immoral)

No one among the good guys is really going to care
