The most likely option is some Ying Yang prophecy about two brothers. After a brief look at the chapter, you see focus on Loki/Hajrudin,
Obviously in this case they have different mothers, and in Shamrock and Shanks's case, they had the same mother, but there mother was also not from Mariejois. I assume it could be a hint to the fact for a twist that Joyboy and Imu may have shared a father, a royal of one of the 20 different kingdoms. Imu is the child born in the kingdom itself, while Joyboy is born from an affair from a woman from the ancient kingdom. And there could be some generic shonen prophecy/dicotomy about how their will would be inherited by two brothers in the future mentioned in the true history, which would be why Shanks is the child of destiny.
