The supreme court ruled that Trump doesn't have the authority to levy tariffs as part of the Emergency powers act, so Trump goes on to use another section of an even older economic act to put temporary global tariffs at 15% for 150 days. During this time he has to work on making permanent and legal tariffs.
This whole thing is a shitshow lol, especially if the government has to pay back the money it made from the tariffs over the past year which is in the hundreds of billions.

Tbh, I am not fan of banning users for insults (unless they cross a line) as well. I am more of let users handle it themselves.

In a context where most powerful countries are becoming fascist and where fascists are already genociding populations... a forum that suppress antifascist rethorics and lets its moderators ban people over calling fascist advocater "fascist" (under the excuse "it's an insult") does not deserve to stay up. Especially when noone really question that fact.
I tried everything to help this forum find peace and a second life and I was rewarded with disdain, bigotry and censorship.
This forum does not deserve my attention anymore, but be damn sure that I will stay here to see it slowly agonize and fade away, with a smile on my face as I relish the empty screams of each absences, crashout and evaporating threads.

But it's time to recognize that you may have had some influence over "others" wether they acknowledge it or not is a different business.

I never claimed to be perfect, I'm far from that. I just tried my best to change my path and I somehow naively thought that I would be able to help some people to do just that. Time will tell if this was worth it.
Ironically, debating here allowed me to sharpen my politicization. Without it, I wouldn't have radicalized so quickly and effectively. I literally learned as I was typing. So... there is that.
Anyway. Onward to fascism we go !
