10/10 cover. Im just confused on Stussy because she's consistently included in virtually every Rocks spread and is literally one of his first members:
The first 4:
4 becomes 7 with Ganzui, Don Marlon and Ochoku:
7 becomes 12 with BM, Kaido, Streussen, Barbel, and John. Note that Silver Axe and Gloriosa have not yet joined by this double spread:
- 12 stays 12 because Marlon dies and Ochoku betrays the crew, while Gloriosa and Silver Axe already joined by this point, but only 11 are featured here becauss no Ganzui for some reason lol
- All 14 main members together in a double spread
In each of these, Stussy is featured so its weird to me he skipped her given her clone's initial inclusion about being the first Rocks Pirate clone, etc.
Note that Gil Bastar is a cameo at best and is barely featured in anything. Rocks' crew has 14 main members based on this alone.

I think Oda deliberately avoids putting all the members on a single page and leaves one or two absent each time, except for the color spread.
I also don’t understand why the cover wasn’t designed like the color spread, with all the members
