I feel like a lot of people mad at the guy who had Tourette’s are tbh also infantilizing black people.

Like, I get that the N word is a very vulgar and loaded word, but it is still just a word. People with disabilities sometimes say or do unhinged things as a result of their disability, and the normal response is to not take it to heart.

Nobody needs therapy because they heard a guy with severe Tourette’s say the N word. We all collectively understand that he has something wrong with his brain and that his life is probably much harder than the average person.

Well, on that you are not wrong. But this is not a feature of leftism. It's a feature of material interest.

A white person, a valid, a westerner, a man..

All will have interests in keeping their positionning in front of racialized people, the handicaped, the colonized, women.. It's also the reason why we talk about class struggles. The rich have their own interest to keep us from accessing to our needs. Leftism will help us counter that, but yeah, the reason why there are so many battles inside the left is because some people are still blinded by their interests.

Like, if someone’s testimony was gonna clear my name of any accusations regarding molesting children, I’d probably want the whole world to hear it…then again, if I knew the people testifying would confirm the veracity of those claims, yeah, I’d wanna keep that private where only I could see and manipulate their answers :few:
