Was thinking the same ting but Franky uses jet boosters to propel himself iirc so wasn't convinced that his overall mobility had improved when I first saw that but If he did that without jet boosters then PU is very significant.
Also for some reason I'm not sure why I'm seeing Burgess when i see current Franky:risisweat:
Feel like their abilities are similar even if powered by different things.

Franky talks about his jumping power and muscles roaring so I think it's pure raw strenght

He just needs a consistent solid water source. That's his real power up because Jimbei is at his strongest when he uses large water sources. Just look what he managed to do when he took the water in Zou. He managed to put out the flames in Onigashima all at once.

I believe he's super strong when he has large water sources nearby but that's the thing: It's highly situational. Jimbei would be nerfed af in Alabasta but he would be super strong in a small island surrounded by the ocean.
What does it mean? Would it be possible if Jimbei learns to create his own water source someday? Or is it impossible without a DF? I mean, kind of... So how would Jimbei get rid of that???

He used one of his strongest techniques with hardening + conquerors and the attack landed on them killing no one. He even asked if he could cut them but was only hesitant when it came to dorry and brogy who he actually cares about

Also this is the basic version of the attack
