Idk about Juubi's immortality but I think, out of all the OP characters, Loki has the best chance to destroy this thing if his ability, which managed to kill a HK, also works on Juubi. I mean, we talk about the incomplete version, even Amaterasu worked before Juubi tossed this part of his body off. But fair enough, let's wait till Oda reveals the ability.

Loki doesn´t have anything that does anything special to immortals. The Gods Knights just aren´t immortal, they have some connection to Imu that Haki can disable.

Loki doesn´t have any soul powers or anything lol, we already got the main exposition on his powers, and he killed Harald in his base form anyway. He doesn´t have anything that would help him against Naruto immortals.

And the Juubi has a weakeness too(soul manipulation), otherwise Hagoromo wouldn't be able to seal or split into the ten tails into 9 Bijuus...

When I was active on Comicvine, this dude was arguing how Douglas Bullet would beat the shit out of Hashirama and he had like +500 other posts like that. 8 Gates Guy would just be able to fight Jimbei since everyone else would simply blitz the shit out of him - all things which he stated in CV.

It's clear, Haki just slows down their regeneration. We've seen this when Gaban cut Sommers in pieces.

Additionally, Juubi is immortal but it is very very very far from Kaguya's peak. It wasn't even as strong as Juubito since it couldn't control its chakra - what the HQ initially saw in Juubi's energy is something he can maybe pull 15 - 30% out of it.
Also, we've seen Otsutsuki members have immortality but they can also die if they are completely disintegrated into nothing. That's how Momoshiki was defeated by Boruto and Naruto's Rasengan (I'm uncertain how Momoshiki still managed to live in Boruto's body tho. Was there a good reason for that?)

They can´t die of old age, but you can kill them. So technically they are immortal, but you get my idea.

Being sealed isn´t a weakness for the ten tails though. You can just seal anything, including an immortal creature. Meanwhile Haki can specifically nulify fruit powers, including whatever contract the Gods Knights have with Imu. I don´t think this would automatically allow you to kill the ten tails really.

Even if Haki is their weakness, this just means Haki has yet received another hax ability which can be used against other verses. I see nothing contradictory about this.

I feel like you´re both missing my point lol. HK immortality is different from anything in the Naruto verse because it´s specifically linked to Imu and his seals, which is likely a devil fruit power or something else. It´s not like Haki canonically can disable immortality in and of itself, it seems like the usual ability of Haki to interact with fruit powers. Loki just beat Imu´s control briefly out of Harald, he didn´t seem to use a special soul power or anything either.

I don´t know if we ever had a specific explanation for immortality in the Naruto verse besides being connected to the God tree and stuff like that, but to my understanding, you legitmately can´t kill those guys. You can seal them away ofc, but sealing someone doesn´t mean you die, since Naruto has a canon afterlife those guys don´t get to see
