That's a phrase that's probably weird to people outside of the Middle East, but what I am talking about is people who don't really practice their religion or even read it's books but still believe that people from other religions are bad people
A lot of times these guys are far more violent than Clerics who spend most of their times reading religious books, as the latter has some respect for other religions from research
Basically like Bibi in Israel who never read the Torah or Kataeb in Lebanon(@Apollo) who never read the Bible
The New Iranian government will probably focus more on Killing Westerners than for example providing aid to Hazara in Afghanistan
