That said Garp himself said he's gotten weaker so he's obviously not as strong as he was in his prime.

Like I said I haven't really been following the discussion but if we are not being disingenous for agenda the notion that Hachinosu Garp is Prime Garp is not a serious argument given the character quite literally said so himself.
That said Oda is absolutely awful at power scaling. Mofo always moves on what exactly he's trying to hype in the moment hence the pletora of inconsitencies in his writing.

Fenaker was using a text of a VC for his agenda, I countered saying that then we had a great Aokiji uspcale, because the same VCs were saying that Garp's strength was the same as the one used against Roger.
Fenaker then said that according to you the translation of that VC was wrong.

Greenbull having a BB isnt a theory spoken about people are here saying its confirmed when it isnt.

The same reason (shown black) was why we had raisin has a black blade thread too.

The other 2 bbs outright got shown and stated to be as such.

Raisin's balde was shown black because he was holding It, actively using it in combat and he was hit in the middle of it and let go the blade, which remained black since It had been in his hand and coated in haki 1 millisecond before.

Aramaki's blade was shown twice, with Ryokugyu not even touching It and one time when he was simply walking.
Not only that, but in the official coloring things like blood (or haki?) used on his wood-like fingers were removed to show his true colours... but the blade ramained black.
