some institutions in America like Catholic Church have a perfectly legal, constitutional and historical right to not wed gay people for example
vague as fuck criticism, probably about some case not even targetting gays specifically but upholding religious freedoms or free speech
not everybody who supports same-sex marriage, necessarily agrees to the same extent that it must be protected and enforced with regards to free speech, religious freedoms etc.
but he supports samesex marriage, he has said it many times publically, he said it last week and he said it here, hes been saying it for years
