Muslim, in the west, are racialized just like black people, asian, south american etc. This means that attacking obsessively their beliefs participates in maintaining their subjugations.
If we want to stop this hierarchization, we need to understand that we can't participate in this process, especially when in come to reactionnary and racist moral panics (like the great replacement theory or the idea that Islam would be a religion of hate and so on..)
It's possible to criticize Islam (and religion overall) a lot of people do that on the revolutionnary side of the left. But we do it through a materialist and respectfull grid. Not to project randoms racists fears.

Understanding the place of marginalized people on the scales of dominations and the differences between their lived experience under similar oppressions is fundamental to make the world a more ethical place.
