I mean that is the point. Even yamato who seemed confirmed to join didn't join at last second. Jimbei who was invited to join in FI joined in wano after 100s of chapters. At this point no new SH will join this late. Maybe at epilogue.

Oda already playing the semantics size game. Loki and Ragnir dont seem as massive next to a deflated Luffy all of a sudden.

Also, it's good to see there's drawbacks to the Nidhogg devil fruit. It's great against other big targets, but not exactly the end all be all against smaller compact fighters of exceptional speed and strength.

Loki gets cooked by the likes of Mihawk, Kizaru etc. IMO.

For the powerscaling crowd who thinks Loki is invincible. It's like Phuck said, Hes whatever Oda needs him to be in the moment.
