Would be funny if DR only works against corrupted souls kinda, works on all the other giants but not the one who looks like the biggest prick to them.

Then that’s why Imu created celestial dragons, so it’s easier to use his powers on people like them.

There are many possibilities:
- doesn't work on pure souls.
- doesn't work on DF users in general.
- only doesn't work on Zoan fruits users.
- only doesn't work on mythical Zoan users.
- Nika and Nidhogg are specially immune fruits.
- Imu needs a stronger avatar(Gorosei) to be able to DR stronger opponents or be present himself.
