Imu for FV fans desperately need this to happen too.

But on the other hand, the ZEHAHAHA is coming.

The sooner Luffy fights Imu the more likely zehahaha becomes the final villain, but I still think there is room for a big defeat here

Why would Imu's reaction to Joyboy's Haki make it obvious they fought 1v1?

All we know is

• there was a conflict between the Twenty Monarchs and the Ancient Kingdom Joyboy belonged to
• Vegapunk doesn't think it was a clear case of right versus wrong
• the Nefertari and Nerona families were among the Monarchs
• Joyboy was betrayed, or at least perceived to be
• the Empty Throne was taken by Imu

That's about all we know.

It's been my working assumption Imu connived his way to power, not that he always a powerful figure to begin with.
