My guess is the RA attacked then when Shamrock and other HK showed up they ran away using motleys powers and will finish their assault once Imu summons more forces away from MJ

Garling fans are clowns. He´s not suddenly going to become the top dog of the Gorosei in status. Maybe if he achieves something really important as a Gorosei, but rn?
