Even if that could be true for HL vs Loki, even though Loki had the upper hand for the entire fight, Loki > normal Harald (=Xebec) is spelled out.

It´s essentially the same thing as Garp and Roger vs Rocks. Loki overpowered Harald until he regained his senses, which proves his superiority, except he could do it individually.

I seriously don't know what manga you're reading. Luffy can literally do G4 attacks in base now. Do you know what a game changer that is? Imagine have essentially no time limit on moves like this.

Like Luffy could go toe to toe with base/Hybrid Kaido without even using Gear 4. He went into G4 just to finish off hybrid Kaido.
