It would make sense that Mythical Zoans can have stronger elemental powers than corresponding elements. Logias are born from people’s dreams to control the elements, while Mythical Zoans are born from people’s dreams to become gods. Their elemental powers are more magical than Logia elemental powers

I suppose the difference is that logias rule over the natural elements whereas Mythic Zoan elements are supernatural.

ex.

• Marco’s fire heals people
• Ragnir ice cannot melt
• Kaido’s clouds can lift islands

In a battle of natural elements, logia’s probably can best mythic zoans. Sabo is likely capable of better flames than Kaido.

But logias can’t use the special mythic elements exclusive to mythical zoans

Not particularly. It stuck to Loki's back, but we haven't seen it being wrapped by sea stone. If you imply Ratatoskr could've freed Loki otherwise, same would have been true after the sea stone chains bar the one on Loki's leg were removed and Ragnir was completely free.
