The only similarities i see here are the weird eyes and just the FACT both of them have horns, which dont look similar at all

Similar in the sense of same facial contours and expressions. OP and Naruto till now artistically differed in these aspect ( unless the characters are goofing, when things look similar in most shounen). Like it or not, there are enough similarities to notice it immediately and I can't say I like it (despite being a big fan of Naruto).

Its definitely growing on me. Knowing this is likely his hybrid helps, and its hard to see but his first appearance legs crossed and holding his head while just floating gives a pretty solid aura about him.
